**Your Challenge**
- Develop Strategic Framework: Create and implement methodologies to guide strategic planning initiatives.
- Materialize Strategy: Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve key business objectives.
- Conduct Research: Perform in-depth research and data analysis on both internal and external factors affecting the organization.
- Evaluate Options: Assess various strategic alternatives to determine the most effective course of action.
- Support Organizational Changes: Provide insights and support for significant organizational transformations, such as shifts in strategic focus, mergers, and acquisitions.

**Your Profile**
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated background as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant.
- Research & Analysis: Strong knowledge of market research and data analysis methodologies.
- Operational Understanding: Thorough understanding of business operations and procedures.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies in a complex environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

The annual gross salary is around 55.000 €. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
