**Responsibilities**

In this role you will be responsible for Group FP&A and Controlling activities, supporting target setting, operational planning, and forecasting. You will provide financial insights and analysis to G&A Business Partners and work with the ESG unit on financial and non-financial reporting:

- Business Partnering G&A_
- Take ownership of global G&A spend in terms of business planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
- Ensure key assumptions are available, aligned and communicated for planning processes
- Generate business area specific reports to G&A Senior Management, Director of FP&A, VP Finance and other stakeholders
- Interpret financial information, identify and analyze trends/deviations for defined KPIs & measures
- Generate documentation, comments, and presentations for discussions
- Internal & External Reporting_
- Provide/Submit final (Group/aggregated) reporting package
- Collect reporting requirements and define other reports & analysis
- Lead ESG & EU Taxonomy project from Finance perspective to establish a process of streamlined reporting on various activities
- Controlling_
- Companywide planning and prioritization
- Monitor realization of investment
- Identify performance deviations and force escalation
- Strategic Plan, Targeting Setting & Planning _
- Perform strategic analyses and evaluate strategy financially (create financial multi-year plan)
- Update relevant metrics and determine status
- Coordinate/adjust overall planning group process
- Establish/update planning concept, objects/dimensions, KPIs and reports, and forecasting system requirements
- Communicate targets to countries/functions and monitor implementation of those
- Review planning results across functions and handover planning results into reporting for ongoing tracking

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or another comparable field
- More than 3 years’ experience as Controller or Financial Analyst in an international environment
- IT affinity and very strong analytical and prioritization skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills (Excel VBA/Macro skills are advantageous) and familiarity with MS Power BI as a plus
- Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and German and excellent communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
- Previous experience with ESG and EU Taxonomy reporting is strongly advantageous
