**Experience requirements**:5 years of professional FP&A experience in the tech/start-up environment, ideally in services industry with high-growth
**Gross salary range**:EUR 80k - 90k/year
**Employment type**:Full Time employment, All-in Contract **Reporting structure**:You report directly to our VP of Finance and work closely with the Team Leads Accounting and Data.

**The Role**:Join us and become part of our team at fiskaly We are a young, dynamic company looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst who will significantly contribute to shaping our Finance Strategy. As a young company, we are always striving to further develop our processes through innovative means. With your experience in Financial Analysis, you will help us drive these innovations in this area and have the opportunity to take responsibility for projects.

**Your Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for financial planning for all markets including strategic business planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts You are go-to-person for any questions around all KPIs across the entire business model and their impact on our financials.
- You will work closely with the founders, management, and investors and be an important part of future fundraising processes.
- You will be leading strategic projects to setup flexible and scalable financial planning and analysis processes for all current and future markets.
- You will own stakeholder reporting including Board reports, management reports, pitch decks for future financing rounds and all business performance updates to the business.
- You would be conducting market research in order to understand global trends, identify key risks for the business, and untap additional business opportunities.

**Required Qualifications**

- You are an experienced Financial Analyst who has worked for an investment bank, consulting firm, a VC fund, a M&A boutique or a VC-funded startup after Series-C.
- You are a number cruncher who gets excited about discovering causal relationships and derive valuable conclusions for the company's strategy.
- You are adept in financial modelling, including scenario analyses and macros; experience in SQL is a plus.
- You have a passion for really understanding digital business models down to the last key metric and are able to derive meaningful insights from large data sets.
- You are familiar with customer cohorts, lifetime value and marketing ROI and not just high-level financial metrics.
- You have an affinity for numbers and analytical thinking is one of your strengths and you use Excel without a mouse.
- You are a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing; your PowerPoint skills are outstanding and you constantly deliver C-suite-ready slide decks.
- You are comfortable performing ad hoc financial analyses using data reporting tools
- You are an independent mind, who loves challenging the status quo and come up with constructive solutions

**You'll impress us if**
- You have strong experience with SaaS / Fintech KPIs; experience in fundraising or M&A processes is a strong plus.
- You are interested in using AI-powered tools and automation technologies in accounting to make processes more efficient and future-proof.
- You think like an entrepreneur, meaning you are pragmatic, creative, and willing to make decisions under uncertainty
