We are looking for a passionate and talented Solution Architect (M/F/d) to work as an interface between development teams, Quality Assurance, Operations, Sales and and the Customer, to translating use cases and requirements to a deliverable for the development. You will be is closely aligned and connected to the Pre-Sales team as well as with the team leads of the development teams, in order to integrate the cyan platform into an existing environment at a partners network/ IT landscape.
Your Future Role
Describing and defining a possible solution for technical integrations (Product and Project driven).
Solution description (documentation) incl. architecture, sequence diagrams and flows.
Provide a high level estimation for the effort of the described solution independently.
Define and evaluate potential Change Requests from customers on existing installations.
Technology evaluations based on requirements from product evolutions and/or from customer projects, operational support.
Tight alignment with both product and customization development teams.
Pre-Sales support within the sales process. (e.g. specific technical questions or support tenders regarding deep technical questions)
End to End thinking is key to delivery projects or CRs on time, on budget and within the agreed scope
Management competencies, experience delivering highly-complex projects with clients and internal teams spread globally

**Leadership skills**: Project management, client management, incl negotiations and demonstrations, internal leadership and responsibility.
Profile
Ability to work in a team.
Verbal and written communication competencies.
Skills to solve problems arising from heterogenic environments, developing solutions as well as guiding and developing others.
Fluent English skills - German, Spanish or French is of advantage.
Advanced understanding of R&D Processes.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, forecasting experience.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, accountability for plans and results.
