**Once you join us you can expect to**:

- Take responsibility for feature development and enhancements, incl. research, prototyping and UI/UX design.
- Deep-dive to understand the market, and competition of our product.
- Stay user-centric by collaborating with our clients, business partners, POs and developers to understand the requirements and expectations for our product.
- Design and regularly maintain our in-house design system, with focus on reusability and consistency.
- Anticipate and monitor potential product flaws and find the right solutions.
- About 2 years of experience working as UI/UX or Product designer in digital projects.
- Familiarity with agile workflow processes and ability to deliver well-crafted and scalable design solutions.
- High motivation to grow into a Senior Designer role, eventually leading your own team.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, Storybook.
- Experience creating low and high fidelity prototypes.
- Understanding working with design systems.
- Self-initiative, ability to make decisions and work independently.
- Knowledge about user-centric design.
