- We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Retail Risk Manager who will be responsible for the launch and the operational support of digital products from the credit risk perspective in PI risk area. The responsibilities include the design of credit risk processes and fraud prevention rules, involvement in the merchant selection process, preparation of customer rating tools in the underwriting process, limit setting, analytics and product management, cooperation with a vendor.#full-time / part-time

**Your role at RBI**:

- Involvement in the development of the Retail credit digital products
- Supporting the Business function in product management and enhancement to reach profitability targets within the defined credit risk appetite
- Being a key person in the set-up of credit strategies for the product(s) in accordance with the Group policies and procedures and in line with RBI-Group wide standards
- Active management of the product(s) analyzing, tracking, monitoring budget/portfolio level triggers
- Management and optimization of Underwriting processes
- Perform credit risk analysis in order to understand portfolio performance drivers and proposing mitigation measures to address them
- Reporting on retail credit risk

***Your core competencies**:

- At least three to five years of experience in risk/portfolio management, preferably focusing on the Retail private individual segment (multiple products)
- Experience in the launch of digital credit products, online lending and buy-now-pay-later products is an advantage
- Risk conscious thinking in terms of general business management, beyond the specific credit risk focus
- Ability to manage across multiple functional areas (e.g., product management, underwriting, rating/scoring, collections/workout) as well the ability to influence others at all levels of the bank
- Strong analytical and technical skills; experience in data mining and portfolio analysis
- Proven history of using good planning and process management skills
- Business level command of English. Knowledge of a CEE language would be an asset
