**Your tasks will include**:

- Closely collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Collaborating in employer branding projects
- Create e-Learnings on recruitment-related topics, organize & attend job fairs
- Building up and maintaining your personal brand on LinkedIn

**Your profile**

**Education**:

- Nice to have: A BA or MA degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Communications, Languages, etc.)

**Languages**:

- German & English - proficient/fluent
- Turkish - proficient/fluent

**Skills & experience**
- Some years of working experience (ideally in recruiting or talent acquisition, but not a must)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Nice to have: Talent sourcing skills

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 45.000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
