**(Senior) Specialist Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)**:
In your role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. This pivotal role requires a blend of expertise in talent acquisition, process optimization, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process with agility and precision, matching the right talent with the right roles
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and designated HR Business Partners to identify and understand recruitment needs, driving the process from the front
- Partner with external recruitment agencies, ensuring quality and efficiency during the entire talent acquisition process
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other HR tools to streamline recruitment and maintain up-to-date data
- Participate actively in recruitment events, representing the company's culture and values
**Your Profile**:
- Solid experience in HR, particularly in white-collar and blue-collar recruiting
- In-depth understanding of the Austrian labor market and employment law
- Working experience with HR information systems; a background in a technical field is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills, especially in managing KPIs and improving processes
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented, with a proven ability to build effective relationships both internally and with external partners

In accordance with the Austrian Collective Agreement for the Electrical and Electronics Industry, we advise that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 51.5534;
- Euro. Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
