**Senior Specialist Learning & Development**:
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Unterstützen Sie den MGr L&D, das CoE Talent Management und die BPs bei Initiativen in den Bereichen Lernen/Leistungsmanagement/Talent
- und Führungsentwicklung.
- Gestaltung effektiver lokaler Onboarding-Programme.
- Coaching für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte.
- Stellen Sie regelmäßige Updates für HR BPs und Telent CoE bereit.
- Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Metriken und Analysen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der L&D Prozesse.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte generalistische HR-Kenntnisse
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Spezialist / Personalentwicklung in internationeln Organisationen
- Erfahrung in der Beratung & Konzeption im Bereich HR Development
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
