Seit über 130 Jahren arbeitet unser Kunde an der Erforschung und Entwicklung von Lösungen für Gesundheitsproblemen weltweit. Er zählt außerdem zu einer der größten Arzneimittelherstellern weltweit. Zum sofortigen Eintritt stellen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der medizinischen Abteilungen bei Erstellung digitaler Lösungen. Führerschein B und eigenes KFZ sind zur Anreise an den Arbeitsort von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Bedingung. **Ihr Aufgabenbereich**: - Koordination und Abwicklung interner Freigaben von lokal erstellten Dokumenten - Verfassen und Formatierung von Dokumenten in Word und Excel; Erstellung und Aufarbeitung von PowerPoint-Präsentationen; Organisation von Dokumenten - Mitarbeit an der Erstellung einer digitalen Gesamtstrategie mit Fokus auf digitalen Kanälen sowie Social Media (z.B. Facebook, Twitter und E-Mail) - Aufzeigen neuer, digitaler Möglichkeiten/Ideen im Rahmen der pharmazeutischen Regulierungs-Anforderungen - Inspiration von Kolleg/innen im Zuge der digitalen Transformation **Ihre Qualifikationen**: - Abgeschlossenes Studium (zB. Publizistik & Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing, Biologie etc.) - Teamfähigkeit und "Hands on"-Mentalität - Hohe Affinität zum Einsatz digitaler Medien - Selbstständiger, strukturierter und proaktiver Arbeitsstil - Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache (Wort und Schrift) - MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint, Word und Excel - Erfahrung mit modernen Medien **Wir bieten Ihnen**: - Angenehmes und freundliches Betriebsklima - Interessantes und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet - Verantwortungsvolle Position - Mitarbeit in einem motivierten und dynamischen Team Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 1.410,21 brutto / Monat, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
