We're looking for a passionate HR Business Partner (M/F/d) to define, implement, and oversee our HR strategy at the country level in Austria. **Your impact**: - HR strategy enabler: advice and support the business leadership team in Austria on the HR strategy, jointly act on key trends as well as on workforce planning and productivity levers - Talent obsessed: increase the quality and depths of succession planning and contribute to organizational design - Trusted advisor: engage in leadership coaching and development to ensure success, implement labor relations initiatives, including works council, where applicable - Integrator: Drive the employee experience along various integration initiatives and provide input to change programs and execute on those - Culture & Change agent: Drive diversity and inclusion progress and increase employee engagement as well as organizational health measures - Trend spotter: quickly understand and assess trends, issues and patterns on micro and macro level, provide and discuss insights with the leadership team and drive appropriate actions **Who you are**: You have first-class interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, strong agility and decision-making ability, good negotiation techniques and the ability to listen. To ensure that you are successful in your job, we are also looking for: - Degree in business administration, psychology, international cultural and business studies or a related field - 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role - General knowledge of human resources and (Austrian) labor law, as well as management and change management - Familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace - Fluent in English (business fluent) and German (conversational) **What makes us special**: Our employees are the key to make our vision come alive.
