Als erfahrene Product Designer*in bei Untis arbeitest du eng mit unseren Product Owner*innen, Entwickler*innen und anderen Stakeholder*innen zusammen, um digitale Produkte für den Schulalltag zu schaffen, damit sie sowohl ästhetisch ansprechend als auch funktional und benutzerfreundlich sind. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team lebst du den User-Centered-Design-Prozess und vertrittst die Bedürfnisse der User*innen unternehmensweit.
- Du verstehst die Bedeutung von UX-Research für den Designprozess und spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Einrichtung und Erleichterung von UX-Research (qualitativ und quantitativ) im Unternehmen.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Product Owner*innen identifizierst du qualitativen und quantitativen Research-Bedarf für unsere Produkte.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von UX-Research Methoden wie beispielsweise User*innen Interviews, Usability Tests, Umfragen etc.
- Du entwickelst und iterierst Designkonzepte in Form von Mockups, Flowcharts und interaktiven Prototypen auf Basis von User*innen-Bedürfnissen und den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen aus dem UX-Research.
- Du präsentierst Research-Ergebnisse und Designlösungen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Du verbesserst kontinuierlich die UX-Design-Prozesse und -Methoden innerhalb des Teams.
- Leidenschaft für User-Experience, User-Research und selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten.
- Verständnis grundlegender Designprinzipien und -patterns im Bereich User-Interface-Design und User-Experience-Design für Web und Mobile.
- Du kennst agile Methoden und hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Wireframes, Mockups und Prototypen mit gängigen Design-Tools (z.B. Sketch, Figma,).
- Erfahrung in User-Research und Datenanalyse (Erfahrung mit Matomo von Vorteil).
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und ihre Bedürfnisse.
- Kreativität und Neugier für die Entwicklung neuer Ideen.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Probleme in benutzerfreundliche Lösungen zu übersetzen.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung digitaler Konzepte und Begeisterung für die Aufgabe.
- Kommunikation schriftlich und mündlich in Deutsch und Englisch.
