- _Assist with the administration and analysis of financial datasets, in order to support the activities of Institutional and Corporate Sales _
- _Support with creating and analyzing ongoing reports for management _
- _Support with preparing documents and create appealing marketing presentations for events and sales pitches _
- _Support event organization, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication _
- _Perform a range of support activities, including client onboarding (KYC) and other ad hoc tasks in day-to-day operations**_Your core competencies

- _Actively studying at a university or university of applied sciences; preferably in business administration, finance, economics, informatics, mathematics, or statistics _
- _Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential; German and other languages are an advantage _
- _Excellent knowledge of MS Office; experience with PowerBI and Excel VBA is considered an advantage _
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to learn quickly _
- _Ambitious, pro-active, hard-working, and self-driven attitude _
- _Flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills**_Nice-to-have

- _Knowledge in data preprocessing and analytics, demonstrated through academic projects, internships, or personal projects _
- _Familiarity with leveraging LLMs to accelerate and optimize daily workflows _
