About This Opportunity:
**Responsibilities**:
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for the handling of a multitude of operational support processes, predominately in the areas of:

- managing customer & retail support inquiries
- executing & supporting digital and physical fulfilment for on-line and B2B sales
- data configuration, product set up & testing
- processing weekly replenishment runs
- general administrative tasks (e.g. office management)

Qualifications:

- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Efficient and proactive approach
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks while managing several projects & tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to take ownership and drive projects from end to end
- Ability to adapt in an ever-changing business environment
- Willingness to learn and ambition to be successful
- Highly proficient with technical systems and programs
- Must speak German and English
