Stellenbeschreibung

Mit der Einführung eines Produktinformationsmanagementsystems (PIM) ordnen wir unseren Datenschatz neu - unser Datenschatz, das sind unsere Produktdaten.

Mit PIM als Kombination aus Software und neuer Arbeitsmethodik, entsteht der „Single Point of Truth“ für alle produktbezogenen Daten und Informationen unseres Unternehmens. Damit schaffen wir ein neues Fundament für unsere operativen Prozesse, aber auch die Voraussetzung für eine Vielzahl unserer strategischen Initiativen.

Diese Landschaft bauen wir gerade auf. Du wirst damit Teil eines neu gegründeten Teams und übernimmst als **Product Data Architect (m/w/d)** folgende Aufgaben im Detail:
**Aufgaben**
- Du leitest (Teil-) Projekte im PIM-Umfeld und zeigst dich für die Integration neuer Lösungen in unser PIM-System verantwortlich
- Du planst, organisierst und moderierst Termine (z.B. Workshops u.ä.) mit internen Stakeholdern zur Aufnahme von neuen Geschäftsanforderungen, um Produktinformationen zu verwalten, anzureichern und in Umsysteme zu verteilen.
- Du entwickelst Konzepte und Modellierungsideen für PIM-Anwendungen entsprechend den Geschäftsanforderungen
- Du verantwortest die Umsetzung dieser Lösungen im PIM System gemeinsam mit unserer IT-Abteilung und externen Dienstleistern, inklusive Test und Abnahme.
- Du unterstützt und berätst die weltweiten Landesorganisationen, Business Units und Fachabteilungen im PIM Umfeld und entwickelst mit diesen bestehende Prozesse, Abläufe und Datenmodelle beständig weiter
- Du bist aktiver Teil beim Auf
- und Ausbau des Themenbereichs PIM

Qualifikationen
- Du kannst breite Kenntnisse und Leidenschaft im Bereich Daten
- oder Prozessmanagement vorweisen und hast idealerweise bereits mit Produktinformationsmanagementsystemen (PIM) gearbeitet
- Du bist ein guter Netzwerker, der mit Leidenschaft das Thema PIM organisationsübergreifend vorantreibt
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine überdurchschnittliche Affinität für Prozesse aus, erfasst Zusammenhänge schnell und baust im Beruf auf Dein analytisches Denkvermögen
- Du verkörperst einen zuverlässigen, strukturierten und vorausschauenden Arbeitsstil
- Du kommunizierst verbindlich und geradlinig in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du besitzt echten Teamgeist, eine Prise Humor und bewahrst die Haltung auch in schwierigen Situationen.
- Du hast ungebremstes Interesse Dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiter zu entwickeln
- Du besitzt Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen globalen Dienstreisen

Zusätzliche Informationen
- Du gestaltest Deine Arbeitszeit eigenverantwortlich und flexibel, es gibt bei uns keine fixierten Kernzeiten.
- Du kannst in einem gewissen Ausmaß im Homeoffice arbeiten oder alternativ zu Deinem Arbeitsplatz in Amstetten tageweise unsere Shared Offices in Linz oder Wien benutzen.

- ** Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten**, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert. Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) EUR 42.558,88.
