**(Junior) Sales Controller**:

As a Sales Controller, you will be part of B&R's global sales organization with the main task of supporting the global sales network in achieving business, growth and profitability goals. You define and deliver reports as well as financial analyses to our sales managers, support the local sales organizations in achieving specified goals and drive the ongoing digitalization of planning, reporting and controlling.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing reports on global sales key figures incl. analysis and commentary
- Monitoring international sales organizations (revenue, margins, costs and sales pipeline)
- Analyzing customer and sales segments
- Providing support for processing of internal settlements
- Providing support for the coordination of the planning and budgeting process used by the international sales network
- Collaborating on projects (data warehouse, digitalization of reporting, etc.)
- Implementing improvement measures for processes, data structures and tools

**Your background**:

- 1-3 years of professional experience preferred, ideally as a (sales) controller in an industrial and/or international environment
- Knowledge of controlling and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with international colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Good IT skills, initial experience with SAP SD/FI-CO/CO-PA preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Hands-on mentality, results
- and performance-oriented approach to work
- Passion to continuously improve and drive things forward
