In this role located in Eggelsberg, Austria you will be responsible for leading the reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget and forecasts in order to support key business partners and other stakeholders at various senior/executive levels in decision making processes and drive business goals in RAMA Division globally. You will work very closely with the RAMA management team as well as the global RA Business Area FP&A team. Sounds exactly like your dream job? **Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the RAMA Division on a monthly, annual as well as long-term perspective
- Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance
- Align with the Business Area FP&A teams as well as ABB Global FP&A teams
- Responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports
- Take ownership of performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy and drive positive actions
- Support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the RAMA Division by providing financial planning and modelling skills
- Support and challenge the sales, R&D and operations teams with financial issues and provide financial training across the RAMA controlling organization
- Ensure integrity of financial data supplied to other areas of the business, within ABB and to external stakeholders

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant job experience
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SAP is a must
- Very strong analytical skills and attention to details is a prerequisite
- Proven ability to effectively work under pressure, within tight deadlines and a high degree of flexibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered an asset especially German
- Interest in a collaborative teamwork environment
