This Position Reports To
Teamlead IS Business Applications
Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on configuring and programming product configurators,
developing pricing models, and ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems such as SAP and CRM. You will be responsible for both technical implementation and ongoing optimization, ensuring that our CPQ solutions deliver maximum efficiency and value.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
- Act as an internal IS consultant for CPQ systems, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
- Configure, customize, and develop product configurators, pricing models, and integrations with other IT systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).
- Manage the application lifecycle, including architecture definition, maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to enhance CPQ solutions, support innovation, and support IT projects.

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
- Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (HTL, FH, University) or equivalent practical experience.
- You are highly skilled in modern software architectures, frameworks, and object-oriented programming languages, and you enjoy working with advanced application solutions in the industrial automation market.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in software engineering and IT, with established skills in designing and implementing robust solutions.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of enterprise-grade platforms and tools, including CPQ systems and related technologies.
- You are captivated by structured, goal-oriented problem-solving, combined with communication and collaboration skills.
- You are at ease communicating in German and English (spoken and written)

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52.853,78 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be happy to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience
