**Your responsibilities**:

- Define, implement, and continuously optimize RAMA performance, leadership, and talent development processes to further develop the organization and upskill its leaders, employees and the HR function.
- Ensure alignment of RAMA people development offerings with business strategy, HR priorities and policies.
- Recommend, develop, and assist in the implementation of RAMA specific Talent & People Development offerings and processes. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders for relevant design and content creation.
- Partner with the Division HR Manager, the Region HR Business Partners, and the business leaders to understand current projects and recommend new practices to support the business.
- Lead the integration workstream “People Development” within the ongoing global HR Integration Project. This includes an end-to-end responsibility for People Development & Employee Engagement topics, ensuring the successful implementation, the sustainable usage of offerings and the enablement of the RAMA HR Business Partner community.
- Lead the RAMA Talent & People Development function and guide the regional offering.
- Set and measure KPIs linked to the Talent & People Development offering to ensure the penetration of the RAMA division.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences/ Psychology, or Adult Education, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or equivalent field.
- Profound experience in leading global projects.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Global minded and DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) aware. Passionate about modern learning technology and practices.
- Creative thinker, inspirational communicator and an excellent team worker.
- High customer focus and business acumen. Ability to decode and translate business needs as well as to understand the participants’ feedback in order to drive continuous improvement and adjustment of our learning solutions.
- Role model in the use of modern learning and facilitation technologies.
- Passionate about both people development and business performance.
- Fluent in English. German knowledge is an asset.
