Are you enthusiastic about working in Human Resources and do you find fulfillment in advising and supporting employees as part of the HR life cycle? Do you enjoy working out concepts and strategy just as much as handling operational activities? Are you an HR business expert and have leadership experience?

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing technical and disciplinary leadership and promoting further development of HR Business Partners
- Managing HR projects and supporting change processes from an HR perspective
- Being actively involved in the ongoing evaluation and development of HR processes, tools, dashboards, surveys and strategies and ensuring their successful implementation
- Acting as sparring partner for managers to advise and support them with personnel and succession planning as well as with structured team and employee development - both strategically and operationally
- Providing constructive and trusting cooperation with employee representatives as well as close collaboration with managers
- You will be supported by an experienced HR team consisting of HR Business Partners, Talent Partners and Specialists

**Your background**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR (preferably in an industrial environment with initial management experience)
- Experience finding solutions for employee representatives and negotiating company agreements
- With tangible passion, appropriate standing and sound HR knowledge, you will quickly succeed in positioning yourself successfully as a sparring partner for your internal contacts
- Strong organizational and communicative skills and an empathic personality
- High level of self-motivation and initiative as well as operational implementation skills
- Strong team player with a hands-on approach
- Fluent German and English
