This Position reports to:

R&D Team Lead

Your Role & Responsibilities
Focus: C++ development in real-time systems for drive and automation solutions
Main responsibilities are development, implementation and maintenance of our motion software. The role includes furthermore: ongoing optimization and development of the software for our application engineers.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month

• Analysis of technical requirements
• Support and technical expertise for projects in the field of motion software
• Communication with internal and external project stakeholders
• Techical support for motion application

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

• Completed technical education (HTL or similar) in the fields of software engineering, automation technology, electrical engineering/electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Solid programming skills
• Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good German and English skills
• Independent and results-oriented working style with a high level of quality awareness
• Team spirit

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52.853, ,90 EUR annual (depending on education/experience) for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be happy to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience
