**Your responsibilities**:
- Identification and evaluation of new technologies and trends in the technology landscape.
- Independent development and implementation of prototypes to assess new technologies.
- Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to successfully integrate technologies.
- Management of the entire technology scouting process, from identification to implementation.
- Continuous education in the field of AI and other relevant technology areas.
- Preparation of reports and presentations to showcase potentials and recommendations.
**Your background**:
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience in technology scouting and evaluating new technologies.
- Hands-on mentality in prototyping and practical testing.
- Expertise in artificial intelligence with a specific focus on AI topics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the relevance of technologies for the company.
- Communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Very good level of English, German would be preferred
