**Your Future Responsibilities**
- Back Office Management
- General administrative and organizational activities
- Accounting and supporting preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Personnel administration: administraive on
- and off-boarding, administration of HR-documents
- Support for the management
- Administration and ordering of general supplies
**Your Experience**
- Completed commercial education (FH, HAK or similar education)
- Independent and precise working style
- Active and friendly demeanor as well as team spirit
- Professional experience in bookkeeping/accounting
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central or NAV is an advantage
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical way of thinking
- Precision and structured work method
- Self-confident appearance and capacity for teamwork
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Flexibility and commitment
