In this temporary internship you will support the BioLife finance team in various aspects.

**Your Opportunity**:

- Support maintenance and creation of financial reports (currently mainly Excel)
- Support process improvements around Month End Close (MEC)
- Work as part of internal project team on reporting automation initiatives
- Assist BioLife EU finance team in optimization of tracking and management of CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) for BioLife EU organization
- Aid BioLife EU finance team in the annual budgeting exercise MRP (Mid Range Plan)

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of Excel (pivots, vlookup, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
- Clear understanding of financial analysis, process improvement, etc.
- Affinity in working with financial systems and tools
- Drive & ability to work with international, internal stakeholders
- Affinity with finance
- Strong analyticial skills

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 1.676,28 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
