**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

We’re seeking a **Corporate Intern** to support our **Corporate Team** to help nurture our innovation ecosystem and accompany our corporate partners along their innovation journey.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
As we live the startup spirit ourselves, no one in the team is exclusively limited to their main tasks. Rather, we are a dynamic team of all-rounders who work closely together in all projects. However, your main role will be in supporting our team with the following tasks:

- Partner Success Management_
- Support our Partner Success Management in the daily work with our partners, e.g. by preparing presentations, smaller events, reports, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Join the bi-weekly calls with our partners and take notes
- Identify potential new strategic partners and introduce them to our platform
- Prepare reports for our headquarters in Silicon Valley and our corporate partners
- Prepare case studies and promote the successes of our partners and startups
- Provide management support to our daily business
- Support our team on our monthly events
- Support preparing and hosting of Corporate Education Workshops
- Business Development_
- Support the Business Development team in building relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations to drive innovation adoption and identify new opportunities.
- Assist in developing engagement plans that align with partner business goals and explore ways to match products and services to their needs.
- Research and identify opportunities for collaboration between corporate partners and startups within the Plug and Play ecosystem.
- Help prepare partnership reports and presentations that highlight key achievements and insights for corporate partners.
- Participate in regular partner meetings, take detailed notes, and support follow-up actions.
- Conduct market research on trends within the Travel, Aviation, and Smart Cities verticals to provide insights for corporate partners.
- Support in organizing events, workshops, and innovation sessions to facilitate engagement between partners and startups.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the team’s goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree, e.g. in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship or Innovation.
- Exceptionally strong analytical, research, and writing skills and an innate curiosity.
- The ability to work with all levels of management is crucial.
- Good organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated work style, strong people skills, and a positive mindset.
- Analytical, structured, and independent approach to work.
- Good German and excellent English skills are absolutely crucial.
- Strong interest in all kinds of technologies.
- First internship experience at a management consulting firm and/or corporate environment.
- Full-time working permit in Austria
- Available to start the position in Vienna no later than April 2023.
