- We are looking for an experienced marketing generalist with hands-on mentality and a solid digital marketing focus, combining both end customer marketing and employer branding strategies.
- With us you will be responsible for-
- the marketing management of the Austria Tietoevry branch in a strategic as well as in an operational way together with other local marketing experts-
- the conception, planning, organization and coordination of local marketing strategies in alignment with global branding guidelines-
- steering external professionals like agencies including budget responsibility as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. offering team, sales team)-
- KPI/performance analyses and optimization measures of all (digital) marketing channels-
- the strategical planning and implementation of versatile activities together with our marketing team in the fields of public relations, digital lead generation and campaign management, social media and events including the management of content asset production-
- proactively develop partner marketing relationships with strategic market players-
- pushing employer branding and coordinating new strategies together with our HR team and managementWe expect you to have-
- an university degree in marketing or relevant fields
- at least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, preferably in the IT business
- B2B channel marketing experience including campaign development and copywriting
- online marketing knowledge and experience (SEM, social media, content, analytics, etc.)
- knowledge of the (Austrian) media and digital landscape
- experience in the management of external suppliers like creative agencies
- entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility and assertiveness
- ideally experience and knowledge in the field of employer branding
- fluent in German, very good English skills- As a person you are-
