In your new job you will:
- Drive the **h **ands-on development of new devices **from the concept to the ramp-up phase
- Be responsible for **device **functional requirements **, assessment of **feasibility **, target **specification **and **integration concept**:
- Define **new layers **and **design rules **for new devices
- Execute **pcell specification **and collaboration on implementation and debugging
- Test **chip **specification **, and **layout **direction
- Plan (using **design of experiment **techniques), coordinate and evaluate **experiments**:
- Execute **advanced data analysis **and representation
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **A **university degree **(Master's or above) in **Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics **or other relevant studies
- At least **5 years of work experience **in semiconductor technologies, for example **technology development, process integration or device simulation**:
- Sound knowledge in **semiconductor **process technology, semiconductor physics, MOSFET and/or HEMT **electrical behavior a must
- Proficiency with **statistical analysis **and design of experiments
- Knowledge of **PDK structures**:
- **Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment **project teams before
- **Excellent English **language skills as a must, **German **skills or the willingness to learn as additional plus
