We are looking for passionate students to support us in the area of
**Inverter Topologies **with special focus on
**Control Strategies **.

**What you will do
- Gathering **state-of-the-art inverter topologies **and **control strategies **for **motor drives **and **actuation devices**:

- **Development **(PCB design) of a **universal inverter board **based on **modern GaN technology **that is compatible to **controller boards **with standardized interfaces
- Integration of the **developed concept **into an existing **robotic platform**:

- Document your results by **writing **and **submitting **your **Master Thesis**

**Type of employment**:Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

**Duration**:Min. 6 months

You successfully meet the requirements if you are an ambitious and committed
**master**
**student **from the fields of
**Electronics **/
**Robotics **or
**Mechatronics **or
**Control Engineering **. Further, you have a strong ambition for
**acuation**
**technologies **,
**system simulation **,
**hardware development **and
**lab creations **. and making things work. It would also be of advantage, if you have already
**completed **all your
**exams **.

- First **knowledge **of and **experience **in **electronics **, **PCB design **and **firmware programming**:

- Good **communication **and **organizational skills**:

- A talent for **multitasking **and to **work independently**:

- The **ability to communicate **well with our international team in **English **and **German

- Certificate of matriculation at a university (you must be enrolled and not on academic leave)
- Latest Transcript of records (not older than 6 months)
- Highest completed educational certificate (Matura certificate for Bachelor students, Bachelor certificate for Master students)
