**The Position**:
The Pedagogical Leader works closely with the Head of School to ensure that the school provides a high-quality learning experience for children, exceptional customer service to parents, and a supportive, collaborative work environment for staff.** This leadership role is classroom-based.**

**We'd love to talk to you if you possess**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification (Kindergartenpädagogik, Elementarpädagogik etc.)
- Min. 1 year of teaching or childcare experience
- Familiarity with Montessori or the Early Childhood Curriculum for Vienna
- Fluency in German (C2), good English skills (B2+)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on results
- Facility with computer systems
- A high degree of personal initiative
- Montessori Diploma
- Knowledge of the local community that will inform marketing effort
