**Marketing -und **Kommunikationsspezialist** (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Entwicklung einer Marketingstrategie, um die Neukundengewinnung sowie die Bestandskundenbindung zu erhöhen.
- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Kampagnen und Kommunikationsplänen (online und offline).
- Kampagnen für Soziale Netzwerke und Unternehmenskommunikation in Einklang mit Marketingstrategien konzipieren und umsetzen.
- Ansprechende Text-, Bild
- und Videoinhalte für Konten Sozialer Medien bereitstellen.
- Bewerbung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen während Veranstaltungen und Events.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungs
- und Vertriebsabteilungen sowie Produktmanagern, um stets in Bezug auf neue Produkte und Funktionen auf dem Laufenden zu sein.
- Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Kunden, potenziellen Kunden, Branchenexperten und Journalisten.
- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Vorbereitung von Neukunden-Pitches.

**Ihr Profil**
- BSc/MSc-Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, Public Relations oder einem relevanten Fachgebiet.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in online und offline Marketing, verbunden mit dem Potenzial und der Einstellung, die zum Lernen erforderlich sind.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Identifizierung von Zielgruppen und der kreativen Entwicklung und Umsetzung kanalübergreifender Marketingkampagnen.
- Idealweise Erfahrung im Bereich Life Science / Pharma.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, Kreativität und Mut, Neues auszuprobieren.
- Up-to-date mit den neuesten Trends und Entwicklungen im Marketing.
