Senior Client Advisor (M/F/d)
to join our team and contribute to our growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain profitable relationships with existing customers through regular personal engagement and tailored approaches.
Organize, prepare, and provide expert advice during customer appointments in our Vienna showroom, ensuring a unique service experience that aligns with our brand values.
Proactive outreach to expand our local and international customer base.
Partner with management to achieve established sales targets while continuously enhancing brand and product knowledge.
Conduct customer satisfaction assessments and implement improvements to the overall customer experience, addressing and resolving complaints swiftly and efficiently.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Must strongly identify with and embody the aesthetic of the brand.
Passion for fashion, with a genuine interest in luxury ready-to-wear and sales talent.
Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German and a third language is a plus.
Flexible and able to work independently, with a high-energy personality.
Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset, with great attention to detail.
Experience within a comparable setting, ideally in luxury fashion, premium hospitality, or high-end brand environments.
