Client Advisor (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Als Armani Brand Ambassador beraten Sie unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Aufbau und Pflege des Kundenstamms durch einzigartige Shopping Erlebnisse
  • Optimale Umsetzung der Visual Merchandising-Richtlinien
  • Bearbeiten von KundenanfragenVerwaltung des Warensortiments (halbjährliche Inventuren, regelmäßige Warenbestandskontrolle)

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bekleidung und Accessoires, idealerweise im Luxusbereich
  • Mode und Luxusartikel begeistern Sie
  • Der Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden bereitet Ihnen Freude
  • Sie treten stilsicher und selbstbewusst auf und haben eine positive Ausstrahlung
  • Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie verfügen über mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse, darüber hinaus sprechen Sie im Idealfall eine weitere Fremdsprache (Chinesischkenntnisse sind sehr willkommen)
