Deine Mission:
 
Unsere Kundenberater sind dafür verantwortlich, unseren Kunden einen außergewöhnlichen Service zu bieten, indem wir die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen unserer Kunden erfüllen und als "Gucci-Botschafter" die Philosophie und Werte der Marke vertren. Die Leidenschaft für die Marke wird durch die Schaffung eines markengerechten, luxuriösen Kundenerlebnisses zum Ausdruck gebracht.
 

Dein Tätigkeitsfeld:

  • Du übernimmst die niveauvolle, engagierte Beratung und optimale Betreuung unserer Kunden und hast Freude daran, ihnen einen außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice zu bieten

  • Du gibst Tipps und Ratschläge zu allgemeinen Trends in der Modewelt und zu Entwicklungen auf dem Luxusmarkt

  • Die Gewinnung von Stammkunden sowie serviceorientierte Pflege deiner Kundenbeziehungen zählt ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben

  • Erfassen von aussagekräftigen Kundendaten mit Hilfe der Unternehmenstools (CRM), um mit dem Kunden in Kontakt zu treten, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zukünftige Kundenentwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu personalisieren

  • Auch die Sicherstellung der optimalen Präsentation der Verkaufsfläche gehört zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst idealerweise über Berufserfahrung im hochwertigen Einzelhandel; Erfahrung in Fashion / Luxus ist von Vorteil

  • Du hast große Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern

  • Du verfügst über eine hervorragende Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

  • Ausgeprägte Umsatzorientierung gepaart mit der Fähigkeit Verkaufsgespräche erfolgreich abzuschließen zeichnen Dich aus

  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit in einem internationalen und familiären Team

  • Exzellentes Verständnis für das Luxussegment an sich, sowie den daraus einhergehenden Produkten

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

  • Affinität für ein digitales Umfeld
