In this role you will be responsible for **project management of our global Enterprise client onboardings**, owning the** scope, integration timelines and documentation of projects** as well as related **internal and external** **communications**.

This is a** full-time **position based in our headquarters in **Vienna**, our **London** office or you can work **remotely** from another location.

**What you'll do**:

- You’ll own the project management from scoping through delivery.
- Manage the early stages of Enterprise client projects to define the scope of deliverables, create initial project timelines and assess feasibility of client use cases within the platform.
- Work with the team to scope resource requirements and define internal stakeholders for the project.
- Create and maintain relevant internal and external project documentation.
- You’ll work actively within our platform and manage the implementation of datasources and workflows within the client setup.
- Work closely with the wider project team, including Implementation, Account Management, CSS, UX and Engineering to maintain a holistic view of the project.
- Drive success of the project and stay aligned on progress of various sub projects.
- Communicate timelines and deliverables according to the project plan both internally and externally.
- Act as a point of escalation for priority issues for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client expectations and help define priorities within the agreed project scope.

**What you’ll need**:

- 4+ years of experience in project management, for example in a consulting, agency or SaaS environment.
- Technical affinity (e.g. SaaS technologies, platform infrastructure, API integrations) to assess relevant requirements and build project plans accordingly.
- You like taking responsibility for your area and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with internal and external project teams from various departments (i.e. Implementation, Account Management, Engineering).
- A good understanding of how to translate business requirements into technical implementation steps.
- You know how to manage stakeholder expectations and define priorities.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
- You have a customer-oriented personality and ensure that our clients receive the best service.

**Are you ready to apply?**:
If this position is filled in Vienna, we offer a salary starting from €57.000 per year. For London or other locations this will differ.

In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
