Founded in 2010, TourRadar was the first to transition multi-day tours to an online marketplace, making them the leader in the industry. In 2021, TourRadar further revolutionised the industry by introducing the Adventure Booking Platform, connecting travellers, operators, and travel agents to organised adventures through one platform.

We are currently looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator (Full-time) to join our team in Vienna or remotely.

**Your responsibilities**:
**Some of the projects you will be working on**:

- Creating TourRadar’s organic social media strategy in alignment with our core audiences across platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Create all organic content for TourRadar’s social media handles on an ongoing basis
- Work with our marketing team to establish a social media content calendar & posting strategy to ensure that our social media presence aligns with our other parallel marketing efforts
- Create a series of guidelines for the kinds of content TourRadar posts and the style in which we do it
- Support the paid social marketing team with relevant creatives depending on their needs
- Working closely with our design team to ensure that the overall message, look and feel of your content correctly represents the TourRadar brand
- Update all of TourRadar’s public profiles and pages to represent our refreshed brand look and feel
- Work closely with our Customer Service team to create a workflow to handle customer complaints and issues that arise through social media
- Manage existing relationships and vet upcoming partnership opportunities with social media influencers
- Track performance of Social Media channels with the right KPIs

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:

- Have full proficiency in English (native level is required)
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or other relevant major
- Have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally having managed a brand’s social media strategy and creative production
- Be an excellent writer and excel in creating concise, compelling content within a short turnaround time
- Experience in the travel industry or adventure travel is a massive plus.
- Have experience measuring content impact (IE looking at conversion data, engagement metrics, etc)
- Be comfortable with various data sources and with digging deep to understand the path to conversion for your content
- The ability to think strategically beyond the day-to-day role in order to impact TourRadar’s future brand success
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must
- Familiar with Google Analytics and/or similar
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology
- Ability to multitask and handle a number of projects at once
- A can-do, enthusiastic attitude and being a great team player is an absolute must
