**Role**:
At the moment, we are looking for a **Digital Platform manager **for either our Vienna or Madrid office. This position is highly entrepreneurial and the main responsibilities are:

- Take lead as Product Manager of the GRECA Digital Fintech Service
- Define product vision, market analysis, road-map and growth opportunities
- Scale-up GRECA Digital Finance Services from T€ 0,1 to T€ 10M globally.
- Coordinate R&D services and outsourcing.
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and optimization opportunities.
- Identify innovation opportunities and find new and creative ways to solve business problems.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Required academic skills**:

- Business/ Engineering background; demonstrating strong technical background.
- MBA is a plus

**Required professional experience**:

- At least 4-5 years of experience in business.
- Background in online service or platform development.
- Ability to collaborate with software development and UX/UI design teams.

**Required knowledge**:

- Languages: English, at least CEFR C1 level
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Finance
- Knowledge of M&A is a plus

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of EU (and other) funding programs
- Knowledge in Big Data management
- Spanish or German language

**Skills**:

- Strong statistical and analytical skill (passion for data)
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to complete tasks independently
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive business relationships
