Servicenow Platform Product Owner

The Self-Service Platforms (SSP) department is responsible for the development, integration and management of several strategic ITSM, cloud and IT-Infrastructure platforms. One of the main responsibilities is the ITSM ServiceNow Suite including an Enterprise CMDB which is Erste Digital’s central platform for all ITIL processes. Our main goal is to provide fully automated IT services in a user-friendly self-service environment.

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Product Owner to lead new projects in the ServiceNow Platform, e.g. the implementation of DORA requirements.

**What to do**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear, actionable user stories
- Work closely with development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development team, facilitating clear communication and understanding
- Continuously monitor and evaluate products performance, using feedback and data to drive improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our product/s remain competitive and innovative

**You check these boxes**:

- Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in a technical or internal services environment
- Experience and knowledge of ITSM processes and tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is a plus
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and API management
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning technologies as well as familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
- Understanding and implementing concepts which contain dependencies to external systems.
- Team player who likes to work in agile teams taking full responsibility for all aspects of defined tasks
- Fluency in German and English.
