Wir sind über 700 kluge Köpfe und haben zwei Agenden: Das reibungslose Einkaufserlebnis aller SPAR-Kundinnen und -Kunden in 7 Ländern und die digitalen Geschäftsprozesse „hinter den Regalen“ im Konzern. **Du unterstützt uns dabei**: - Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der ServiceNow Asset Management Module, Prozesse & Funktionalitäten - Konzeption, Implementierung und Pflege von Integrationen und Workflows - Verantwortung für Datenmodell, Integrität, Konsistenz und Qualität der CMDB- und Asset-Daten - Laufende Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen IT-Service - und Asset-Owners, internen Stakeholdern und dem Digital Security Bereich - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem ServiceNow Platform Team und externen Partnern bei Upgrades, Weiterentwicklungen und neuen Releases **Du überzeugst mit**: - Einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (HTL, FH, Uni) oder mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im relevanten Umfeld - Mehrjähriger Erfahrung mit ServiceNow, besonders CMDB, HW Asset Management, Discovery & System Integrationen - idealerweise mit CSA oder CIS CMDB/ITAM Zertifizierung - Gutem Verständnis von ITIL-Prozessen (Configuration, Asset & Change Management) - Teamgeist, selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise sowie hoher Qualitätsorientierung - Sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift **Darauf kannst du dich freuen**: - Arbeiten mit state-of-the art Technologien an innovativen Digital Retail Lösungen - Starker Teamgeist, modernes Arbeitsumfeld inkl.
