Site Experience Manager

Company Description

Entain/ bwin are looking for a Site Experience Manager/ Content Manager to oversee our bwin website. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining, creating and optimizing content for bwin, and other key brands across Germany and Austria. It will be your role to ensure that the most relevant information - key sport events, casino launches, etc is communicated and relevant. You'll work closely with our gaming and sports teams to make sure any trending games, sporting events or events are featured, and we're offering the best content to our customers on our site at all times.

For the role we are looking for a football enthusiast. You will know everything from Borussia Dortmund's latest wonderkid to the tactical nuances of Liverpool, and when Florian Wirtz scores another epic goal. By living and breathing football, you will be able to understand what our customers want to see. You'll also need to enjoy the analytical aspect behind your decisions. What is trending, what works for our customers, and equally what won't work. You will use your knowledge of what our customers will want to see in regards to sports content, and can analyze the data behind your decisions too.

**Job Description**:

- Make content decisions together with the Product Manager, in partnership with Sports and Gaming Teams
- Monitor the most betted sports events/competitions; use the data for content planning
- Keep track of the content during the sports events to ensure they are displayed as planned, as well as assure that the content displayed on the websites has no typos or incorrections of any kind
- Manage content localisation efforts for our German and Austrian labels
- Collaborate with CMS processes and automation workflows, establishing a robust mechanism to run experiments and customize experiences
- Maintain and optimize the different websites's modules to ensure that the most relevant information is always displayed to our customers
- Provide a seamless user experience across the websites
- Create landing pages for different purposesDaily translations from English to German

**Qualifications**:

- A native German speaker, with a deep knowledge on German and Austrian culture and sports, especially football would be ideal
- Able to analyze data and make decisions based on it.
- Able to work independently and autonomously.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Experience in working with CMS tools.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Design.
- English proficiency.
- Can adapt to changing between operational and creative tasks.Highly organized, with the ability to plan and prioritize.
