This is what we entrust you with:

- Responsibility for day-to-day accounting transactions as well as the preparation of statistics, forecasts, budgets, monthly and annual financial statements
- Ongoing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Ensuring and complying with legal requirements and accounting guidelines, as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with USALI and the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)
- Managing and supporting the Finance, Purchasing and IT departments
- Supporting and coordinating the departments in the preparation of monthly P&Ls
- Holding monthly P&L meetings
- Budget preparation and control
- Preparation of monthly corporate reports and ensuring that deadlines are met
- Taking on projects for the further development of the finance department and the internal control system
- Develop and lead a financial and accounting strategy to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position in conjunction with the hotel's business strategy
- Responsibility for the company's cash management policies
- Oversee risk management policies and procedures
- Manage all contracts and other financial commitments

What you bring to the team:

- You have completed training as an accountant or controller and already have experience in the hotel and catering industry in a similar position
- Knowledge of SUN Systems, Birchstreet, Opera, Simphony and Fairmas is an advantage
- Strategic, analytical thinking is not new territory for you
- You have a very good command of German and English and enjoy using them
- You are reliable, able to multitask and have a talent for coordination
