Community Specialist

As a Community Specialist, you will work on driving traffic and engagement in the award-winning Dynatrace Community with a focus on the analysis of statistics and available Community data. You'll be a part of the Community team, collaborating with other organizations across the company: Product Management, Documentation, Support, Development, and Marketing. You will have contact with people from all over the world: Dynatrace customers, partners, and employees.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Monitoring discussions on the Community and identifying content gaps
- Analyzing forum statistics, creating reports and dashboards
- Based on data, identifying trends and providing recommendations to the team
- Evaluating the effectiveness of new and existing Community initiatives
- Through collaboration with stakeholders, identifying content needs and further opportunities for the forum development
- Championing the use and adoption of the Community to improve the self-service experience of our customers
- Identifying potential Brand and Community Advocates

**Qualifications**:

- Strong **analytical** and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and interpret **trends**:

- Experience with creating **reports** and drawing recommendations based on data
- Knowledge of community engagement strategies and KPIs
- Excellent **written** and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactivity and ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Experience with any community or **forum** platform, either as an administrator or an end-user
- SQL or any other query language knowledge is a plus
- Agile and Scrum theoretical and practical knowledge is a plus
- SEO knowledge is a plus

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 40,600 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
