Nufarm has a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist who will support the development and drive the implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization in a growing business requiring specialized capabilities in the region. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, you are responsible for positioning Nufarm as an employer of choice within the European talent market by developing strategies that extend the reach of our employer brand and value proposition. This role has a unique blend of operational and strategic recruitment, with the opportunity to influence and contribute at a regional and global level.
What's possible?
Contribute to the strategic development of recruitment strategies and processes
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring managers on various levels
Support training for hiring managers
May assist with pre-hire and onboarding processes as required
Start to build our employer brand by driving attention to Nufarm content in social media and engage through targeted communication
Engage with our internal community, as well as former employees to support the branding
Design and pilot divers employer branding initiatives
Use existing internal channels to drive attention and focus on our employer branding and explore creative sourcing ideas
Design regional Career page and Intranet for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Identify partners to market Nufarm's employer brand and source talents Support the European Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding department with the execution of key projects and activities
Coordinate actions and follow-ups on initiatives leading up to Nufarm events
Conduct research and present best practices in Talent Attraction & Employer Branding
Support with documentation, data administration, and tracking (e.g. Review Site analysis)
Employer Value Preposition content preparation for digital strategy, to serve online job board channels and Social Media
Collaboration with our communication and marketing team on launching Employer Branding related Social Media content/campaigns through the Nufarm channels
What do you bring?
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
The ability to create and implement sourcing and employer branding strategies for a variety of roles
You like to deal with ambiguity and enjoy doing pioneering work
You enjoy learning and bring a growth mindset as well as you are sufficient in a virtual working environment
Possess strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and facilitation skills
