Zu ihnen zählen Biotechnologie, Informationstechnologie, Medienberatung, Papier und Verpackung sowie Pharma.Unser Auftraggeber ist ein erfolgreicher und beliebter österreichischer Radiosender mit regionalem Fokus sowie nationaler Präsenz. Zur Verstärkung des motivierten und eingespielten Teams am Standort Wien suchen wir ab sofort eine/n 1 Campaign Manager / Disponent (m/w/d) Radiosender.Deine Aufgaben: -Du erstellst und überwachst Angebote im Dispositionssystem und kümmerst dich um die termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung von Radiowerbung -Du disponierst die Kundenaufträge bzw. Werbespots, buchst diese im Sendesystem und erstellst die dazugehörigen Rechnungen -Du pflegst Termin
- und Buchungslisten -Du erstellst Dispositionsunterlagen für Kunden (Terminlisten, Sendebestätigungen, etc.) und pflegst die Stammdaten im CRM-System (Microsoft) -Du unterstützt in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung und im internen Reporting -Du arbeitest eng mit der Verkaufsleitung zusammen Dein Profil: - Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA,..) - Du bringst sehr gute MS Office
- (insbesondere Powerpoint
- und Excel-) Kenntnisse mit - Idealerweise kennst du bereits das Dispositionssystem Amily und das CRM-System Microsoft Office - Du verfügst über betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, Organisationtalent und Kommunikationsstärke - Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Zahlen - Du zeichnest dich durch eine verlässliche, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus - Du überzeugst durch Teamgeist, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit Unser Angebot: Unser Auftraggeber bietet qualifizierten Kandidaten/innen ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet in einem dynamischen Team, einen zentralen Arbeitsplatz mit guter Infrastruktur sowie ein Jahresbruttogehalt von € 35.000 mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Campaign Manager / Disponent (m/w/d) beträgt 35.000,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
