**What**You’ll Be Doing**:
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Scanning of policy documents
- Systematic filing and indexing of files
- Sorting and organizing of documents and paperwork
- Basic administrative tasks in the areas of facility management and operations
- Simple tasks in reception, mailroom, and minor service routes
- Recording of own working hours in the company's time tracking tool
