Your mission

Perform a variety of administrative tasks to assist a team of in-house lawyers and to support the Mondi Group Compliance Programme:

- office management: legal documentation, arrange appointments, meetings, conferences and business trips
- Coordination of the Mondi Compliance Programmes: organise seminars, online test, compliance committee meetings, register trade associations, update our Group policies,
- IT compliance tools: 1st level user support, basic user role management, reporting
- support development of new IT compliance tools

**Profile**:

- completed commercial education (BHS, Mittelschule, HAK)
- professional experience in an international office environment
- German and English (both orally and in writing) and good communication skills
- MS Office skills and IT affinity
- accurate and structured working style with strong organisational skills
- attention to detail and accuracy
- proactive, open-minded and reliable personality with a hands-on mentality

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Extent: part-time, 20 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 35,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
