**Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung**:

- Erarbeitung, Implementierung sowie Optimierung von Berichtsstandards und Planungsprozessen der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe im funktionalen Controlling-Umfeld oder im Projekt-Controlling Umfeld (Kundenentwicklungs-projekte, interne Projekte)
- Begleitung und Unterstützung in der Einführung neuer Controlling Tools (z.B. SAP, Planungs
- und Reportinglösungen) an den Unternehmensstandorten
- Proaktiver Challenger-, Sparringpartner und Supporter für interne Stakeholder (Standorte, Führungskräfte sowie Fachbereiche)
- Standard-, Monats
- und Ad-hoc-Reporting; Koordination der Planung (Rolling Forecast, Jahres
- und Mittelfristplanung); Aufbereitung von Entscheidungshilfen für das Management

**Skills sind der Schlüssel**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Uni) idealerweise im Bereich Controlling, Finance oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Industrieumfeld
- Know-how in Standardsoftware wie MS Office, idealerweise auch SAP (FI/CO) Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein Auge fürs Detail
- Hohes Engagement, eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
