Training & Roster Administrator

Ryanair Holdings plc is the parent company of Ryanair DAC, Lauda Europe, Buzz, Malta Air and Ryanair UK.

DM Aircraft Maintenance are the dedicated engineering maintenance provider based in Vienna, Austria providing comprehensive maintenance on the Lauda Europe A320 and Ryanair B737 fleet of aircraft.

This is a permanent role.

**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for coordinating the Training Courses for VIE Engineering personnel.
- Responsibility for managing and maintaining the VIE Engineering Roster for planned / unplanned shift changes.
- Manage and maintain a Training Tracker for the scheduling of Training Courses that aligns with the Engineering Roster.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure staffing levels are maintained to accommodate planned Training on the Roster.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all flights, accommodation and transport are booked in a timely manner.
- To regularly review the data entry on the roster for accuracy.
- To ensure all departments are made aware of any changes to the roster in a timely manner.
- To ensure all legal procedures and legislation relating to rostered hours is understood and adhered to.
- To assist with other administrative duties / tasks as requested by your Supervisor / Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in aviation or engineering.
- The ability to work on own initiative with a sound, mature sense of judgement.
- Be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks in a highly pressurised environment.
- Be an effective communicator with proven computer skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced changing environment.
