Die Lost and Found Personalberatung
- und Vermittlung ist seit über 24 Jahren eine etablierte und im Markt bekannte Personalberatungsgesellschaft und Personalvermittlung für die internationale Hotellerie, Touristik, Hospitality Industrie und vielen anderen Branchen.
Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit ist die Suche, Vorauswahl und Vermittlung von Fach
- und Führungskräften in alle Arbeitsbereiche der internationalen Hotellerie, Touristik, Hospitality Branche, Möbelindustrie, Lebensmittelindustrie, Zulieferindustrie und vielen anderen Branchen. Fachliche Kompetenz und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen uns aus.
Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die operative Verantwortung des Hotelbetriebs und fungieren als Vertreter des General Manager.
- Im Tagesgeschäft und herausfordernden Situationen sowie für Abteilungsleiter/innen sind Sie der erste Ansprechpartner in allen operativen Belangen im Haus.
- Sie unterstützen gemeinsam mit den Abteilungsleiter/innen die Mitarbeiter aller operativen Abteilungen (Lounge, Restaurant, Küche, Bankett, Front Office, Housekeeping) und sind mitverantwortlich für deren Weiterentwicklung und Motivation.
- Sie definieren in Zusammenarbeit mit dem General Manager und dem Management Team die operative Strategie des Hauses und sind mit Unterstützung aller Beteiligten für die Umsetzung verantwortlich.
- Zu Ihrer Funktion gehört auch die Durchführung von Duty Diensten.
- Sie managen gemeinsam mit dem Team die finanziellen und weiteren Kennzahlen des Hauses.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung des monatlichen Forecasts und des Gesamtbudgets für Ihren Bereich.
- Sie stellen die effektive Teamarbeit durch regelmäßige Kommunikation sicher.
- Sie gestalten und managen Projekte und sorgen mit kreativen Ideen für einen Wiedererkennungseffekt bei unseren internationalen Gästen.
- Sie lieben es Gastgeber zu sein.

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Hotelfachausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung /Studium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im proaktiven Sales
