Pyou UK - An International Recruitment Agency is looking for an _**Assistant Store Manager**_ on behalf of our client, an Italian ready-to-wear fashion house for women.
- **Location: Parndorf, Designer Outlet.**_

**Key tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for a pivotal outlet store and its day-to-day retail operations along with the store manager;
- Personnel management;
- Providing training to your team;
- Lead the team in an engaging and challenging way to provide excellent service;
- Help achieve and exceed business goals;
- Visual merchandising;
- Store opening and closing;
- Banking;
- Floor plans and rota’s;
- Achieve established KPIs in line with store budgets plus Reporting to the Store Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous management experience in the Fashion sector;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to lead a team;
- Passion for human relations and sales;
- Problem-solving skills, curiosity and interest in Fashion.
- Languages required: Local language, English and Italian is a bonus.

**Offer**:

Pay: 34.000,00€ - 35.000,00€ per year
