**General Manager / Kaufmännischer Standortleiter (m/w/d) einer Praxis-Klinik in Kärnten**

**Aufgaben**
- Kaufmännische und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort mit rund 25 Beschäftigten
- Wahrnehmung der operativen und strategischen Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Standortes in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ärztlichen Leiter und den zentralen Ansprechpartnern in der DACH-Region und international
- Übergeordnete Verantwortung für Finanzen und Controlling, Personalmanagement, Marketing und Vertrieb, Strategie und Unternehmensentwicklung, Technik, Bau und Einkauf sowie Qualitätsmanagement und Compliance am Standort im Zusammenspiel mit den Zentralbereichen

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung idealerweise in der ambulanten Versorgung
- Alternativ Erfahrung in einem dienstleistungsorientierten Bereich wie etwa der Pflege-, Gesundheits-, Fitness-, Wellness
- oder Tourismus-Branche
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Managementfunktion mit umfassendem Zahlen
- und Prozessverständnis
- Erfahrung in der Personalsteuerung und -einsatzplanung sowie im Projekt
- und Change-Management
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungs
- und Entscheidungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse
